Villa Bookings : Terms & ConditionsPAYMENTThe appropriate deposit will secure your reservation, unless your booking is made within 4 weeks of arrival, when the full payment must accompany the booking form. Where a deposit has been paid, the balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival or the booking will be void and a cancellation charge will apply. No reminders will be sent except for the balance due date with the receipt of the booking form and deposit. A $300 security deposit will also be payable with your balance. It will be refunded 2 weeks after your return date. ARRIVAL Arrival must be after 3pm local time unless agreed otherwise in writing. This is to allow a thorough cleaning of the home to be carried out following the departure of previous guests. To allow for this, departure must be no later than 10am unless agreed locally with the property management company who, if there are no incoming guests, will be only too pleased to accommodate you ACCOMMODATION Accommodation is reserved in the name of the party leader and all guests shown on the booking form at the time of booking. No other parties can be accommodated without prior permission, and if such a breach occurs, this may result in the booking being cancelled without refund as it could lead to the loss of our hotel license. The villas have swimming pools, and the owners or their agents cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury, however caused as a result of use of the pools. We therefore strongly recommend that unsupervised children are not be allowed to use the pool. Additionally it is advised that guests do not enter the villa with wet costumes, as chlorine will damage carpets and furnishings. COMPLAINTS Should there be any cause for complaint whilst in Florida, the management company must be notified immediately. No complaints will be entertained after the guests return. We will not be responsible for any delays or loss suffered in the event of property being left unsecure when unoccupied, so please ensure adequate insurance cover before you travel. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $300 refundable deposit must be paid prior to arrival and will be refunded in full 2 weeks after your return date, provided no damage is caused to the property or owners belongings. All damages must be reported and paid for prior to vacating the premises. Failure to report any damage will result in the loss of all or part of the Deposit. CANCELLATION CHARGES In the event of cancellation by the guest, the following charges will apply. Please ensure you have adequate insurance coverage for this eventuality. In the event of cancellation by the owners, a full refund or alternative accommodation will be offered. |
